Husband signing home over to mom

My husband and i have been together for over 20 years, but married only 5 years the house is in his name only, we are now seperated he says he is signing the house over to his mom's name so i will not get anything from the sale can he do that?

YES. Unless you obtain a Court Injunction and Restraining Order, ASAP, your husband will be able to dispose of any and all property in his name alone.

However, Your interest, share and contribution to whatever property your husband may hold, although recoverable, may not extend past the 5 years of your marriage, without substanial proofs of your contributions.
