Legal Question in Family Law in New York

if my husband walked out on me and served me papers for grounds of divorce the very next day. Am I intitled to money in back accounts I found he has without telling me about them if he has them active from the date before or after he had me served?

If it is marital funds and it was before the date of the filing then it is subject to distribution.
