Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Well My husband of 4 yrs(together16) left me and my three kids! (I did want him to leave hes abusive)Everything is in my husbands name he took all the money(accts in his name) He went and got an apartment! I dont know where he lives though! We already have a custody agreement which I got last year because he tried to do the very thing hes doing now! I did get child support and do now in the amount of 117.00 a week! For three kids! Right now that goes to electric and food! My question is do I have any rights? He stopped paying the mortgage, Im sure there will be a knock on my door telling me and my kids to get out! Tonight I had the car company call and tell me they are picking up my car! My husband gave them my phone number and to have me pay it! I am a stay at home Mom! Im trying desperatly to get a job.I went to DSS..thats a nightmare! We were not rich but got by! Is this how it works he can just leave being the sole provider and leave me and the kids like this? We are going to be homeless very soon and now with no car either! There is no communication between me and him! The last time I called he told me to go F... myself and hung up! There is noone for me to talk too! He has a family attorney. Id appreciate any advice! Thank you!
