Is it illegal for a woman that has been married for 11 years by common law marriage to marry again without the consent of the Groom that shared the 11 years of common marriage with the woman in question?

There is no such thing in New York as a common law marriage - they are not recognized under state law. So, the woman in this situation has not been married for 11 years, and is free to marry if she pleases.
