should infant child be allowed around child molesters?

Should I continue to let my sons mother take my son for visitation, when she is continualy taking him around child molesters and convicted felons, as well as passing him off to babysitters at extremely late hours of the night to go party with her friends on her visitation time?

Re: should infant child be allowed around child molesters?

If your child is injured by persons or circumstances that you could or should have foreseen as harmful, you can be charged and held responsible for the injury

Therefore, if you have reason to believe that your child's mother is placing your child's health, safety and wellbeing at risk, during visitation, you Must Petition the Court to investigate and Modify the visitation, accordingly.

Good luck,
