If my husband has inherited a property and decides to use the property as a supplemental income, is that considered part of his income when calculating child support payments?

Re: Inheritance used as income

This is an easy question: yes, definitely. Pretty much anything that shows up on his tax return is relevent income for the purpose of calculating child support.

This question suggests to me you are not currently represented by an attorney. It might be a good idea to contact the lawyer who handled your divorce or another attorney you are comfortable with.

good luck.
