how do i remove my name from a will my dad left. my brother and i share his property (dad's) in Guyana, South America.

You CANNOT remove your name from anyone's Will.

But, You can waive any right, title or interest you may have to share in your deceased father's estate, PURSUANT THE LAW OF GUYANA.

Therefore, you may call the Estate Law Clerk in the locale of interest, in Guyana to find out what procedure you should follow, to effect what you want to do.
