Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I just inherited my parents home with my brother. My question is I mite be getting a divide from my wife of 22 years. I'd like to know if she is in titled to half of my half of my parents home

No the inheritance is separate property. However you may want to protect this asset by other means. You should speak with an attorney.
