Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Can he take me off his insurance?

My husband and I are still Married but living apart.HE has been carrying insurance on my two daughters andme and ourdaghter until 1/02.I am 32 weeks pregnant by my new boyfriend had this insurance and now I have to leave my office because I have no insurance nor do my daughters.If he has carried our insurance all along can he drop the insurance right before I deliver? .

Unless you are living 'separate and apart' under the terms of a separation agreement that addresses the issues of child support and insurance, or unless there is a child support order in place that addresses the issue of insurance coverage, the short answer to you core question is:

"Yes; he probably can - as evidenced by the fact that it sounds as if he *has*".

You would be well-advised to bring the issues of support / insurance to court at the earliest possible moment {one is a bit confused about who many children of whom are involved}.
