Can i speak to the judge in a custody case regarding my grandchild? I am in fear of her mental,and emotional well being in a disputed visitation issue

You cannot speak with the Judge. You may speak with the Law Guardian, who is the attorney for your grandchild appointed by the court.

If any of the attorneys feel that you have relevant TESTIMONY to give the judge, you can be called as a witness. You will then be subject to cross-examination.
