Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i am currently involved with CPS and they set me up at a drug/alcohol treatment center. i am not happy with their treatment plan can i stop going 2 those services and go to a diff. drug treatment? i plan on signing a release but don't want to get in trouble because if i go 2 a diff. treatment center that they didn't recommend. i feel that i'm still going 2 a treatment center just a diff. 1. is that ok or do i have 2 do what they recommend?

I would not recommend doing anything that is not part of your Service Plan. If you have an issue with the agency then let the CPS worker know before you do anything that can affect your getting your children back.
