Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I've been having issues with my mother lately. She kicked me out/i left (hard to explain) a month before I turned 18. Since then, she has refused to give me my car and she closed my bank account without my knowledge and spent my money. The car might be in her name, I'm not sure (although I should know) but I paid 600 out of 900 and we just kind of agreed it was my car. She's been using it while hers was getting fixed, and she insured it and registered it for me. When I left I asked for it back and she said not until after I graduate in June. Then when I found out she closed my bank account with my money in it (although she was attached because I was too young to have my own when I opened it) and spent it on a medical bill that her insurance didn't cover because my last Guardasil shot was due the week after I was gone and she never came to get me and I couldn't go without a parent. She took the money, 308 dollars I believe she said, and paid the medical bill. I didn't know this until I went to withdraw money and I didn't have any. I also confronted her about my car and she said that since she put $600 into it that it was rightfully hers, but won't reimburse me for what I paid. So I was wondering that if I scrounged up enough money to sue her if I'd even have a case.
