Legal Question in Family Law in New York

me and my ex have joint custody of our 5 year old son. through a mutual decicsion i made with him for the better of my child (i thought) my son stays with the father Mon-Fri. since doing that the father and his girlfriend are trying to take my so i barely get to see him (yes they take him on my visitation hours) and they are brainwashing my son not to respect or listen to me. what can i do. i need to get my baby away from these people.

You should file a modification petition in Family Court.
