Can "Jon" be held responsible for the divorce of t wife and I? Her affairs

This question is confusing, but generally, if "Jon" has an affair with your wife, then your wife is the only one who would have to be held 'responsible'.

You could have grounds for divorce (though NY is now a no-fault divorce state).
