judge shows favortism

I have a judge that I stongly feel does not like me. I am the custodial parent fighting a delinquent father. He violated a court order, owes $3,500 in arrears and the judge today let him postpone court till july 17.thShouldnt she have taken some action today? Can I file anything to obtain a new judge for my case?
