Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I had a judgment placed against me in NY for $1461 in 2007. This was for my ex's attorney fees. I recently paid the $1461 but received a letter from her attorney stating I still owe $300 in interest. The court issued judgment does not mention anything about interest. Am I liable for the 9% interest she is reuiring to satisfy the judgment
