If you have your kid 4-5 days a week plus every other weekend in the last 7yrs should you have to pay child support

It depends on how overnights there are per week, not just how many days. If youhave your child 4 to 5 full days or overnights per week, you essentially have primary custody, in which case there should be no payment of child support to the other parent.
