Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I want my kids to live with me

I am recently divorced and my 3 kids live with their Dad. I want them to live with me. They also want that. How can I make that happen without a lawyer? I pay soo much in child support I can't afford to hire any help to take with me into court. Am I making a stupid move by doing it by myself. This move for my children is in their best interest!! Can you help me?

You have not explained why the children are living with your ex. Suggest you consult with an experienced matrimonial attorney.
