Knowing which is proposed jugment and which isn't
How can you tell the differnence between a proposed judgment submitted by the prevailing party and one that the court prepared, signed and filed if your attorney who represented you at that time e-mailed you, after you question them about it, stating that they have never recieved a proposed judgment, proposed findngs of fact or notice of entry of the divorce?

The Court does not usually prepare and sign the "Proposed Judgement, Findings etc..
The party or person who prepares the documents "Notices" the other party; and then "Submits" the docs to the Court for signature.
The preparer must identify themself on the docs.
