Is it against the law for a child 5 and over to sleep in the same bed as a non relative of the opposite sex

There is no law that governs this type of behavior but anyone who takes this type of risk deserves the consequences of their actions. Allegations arise in these situations on a very regular basis and you are putting both the child and the adult in serious jeopardy.
