Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have a law guardian for my son and we are going through a custody battle the father and I have come to an agreement but the law gaurdian seems as if she still wants a fight. I asked for a drug test from the father before we agree and she called him up right away and said that I was asking for a drug test will he be ready? She also never came to see my house where my son lives... she met me at teh library soo she could take her mother out to the east end...my son has recently started to have siezures and was admitted into the hospitle for a weekend and has been to 3 doctors about his problem that law gaurdian went to the judge and the father of my son and told them I was lying and making the siezures up. She also told the father that she is secretly rooting for him and that she is on his side and that he could win the case. these are only some on the things that she has done. Is this right ??? Or can I report her to the barr association. This woman has asked me for info on my sons doctors 4 times already and never remembers that i give the info to her everytime and didnt even know he was going to see a nuerologist when I told her 4 times she told the judge I was bring my 17 month old son to a pschyatrist she has all the wrong inforamtion and is acussing me of lying when I have doctors that can say different. How do I get this woman off my case I want a new law gaurdian for my son. please help and information you can give I would appreciate thank you
