Can I sue if my boyfriends ex wife is lieing in family court about me doing drugs and drinking to keep me from thier son? I do not do drugs and I do not drink but she has this written down in the court pappers whe served him;.

It probably won't help, but you would have to prove she told others about this, and that they relied on her lies to your detriment. Libel is a difficult cause of action to sustain, hence see a lawyer before making a decision on whether to pursue the claim.
