Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Can someone tell me what the law is in New York State regarding grandparent visitation rights? We are an intact family with a 10 month old and do not feel that it is in our child's best interest to have any contact with the paternal grandparents. She has never met our child.

Grandparents have no set rights to visitation under New York State Law. You can refuse to allow your child to visit with anyone you want including Grandparents.
