Laws concerning bringing a child to another country

Me and My husband of 9 years have decided to Divorce. My family lives in Denmark and I am looking into moving back there with my Son. What type of legal procedures/documents are needed, I understand I need my husbands consent, do we have to file that with the State or how do I go about that.
