Legal Question in Family Law in New York

If you have a lawuit that has been settled in court on a woman that has multiple adult children how would the funds be distributed to the children

I don't understand your question.

If the woman is dead, and was a wrongful death lawsuit (not a survivor's lawsuit), look at the will.

If she didn't have a will, and she wasn't married at the time of her death, her children will receive her net estate.
