lawyer client confidentiallity
i have been going through a divorce for 1 1/2 years. My attorney never calls me back in a timely fashion, she never has time to see me when i try to make an appointment. If this isnt bad enough, my mother, called the law firm to speak with my attorney. She actually got through..in the conversation, my attorney told my mother that the reason why my ex-wife to be was so hatefull was because i had a marital affair!!!!!!!!!!! Was she supposed to tell this to a family member??? i am devistated, and i really need help!

That would be improper. You may consider making a complaint to the Disciplinary Committee. I would recommend that you wait until after you no longer require the services of your attorney.
