Legal Question in Family Law in New York

lawyer for divorce

I am waiting for divorce papers for 2 years now, and my lawyer is billing me for another one of her clients. I mentioned this to her 2 times, and spoke to her receptionist 1 time prior to talking to her about it. I live out of state now, and i see charges for conferences with her, and phone charges, and other things. I know i do owe her money, but she keeps charging me and she says that there's another client with the same name. I really think it's unprofessional, especially since i had a horrible marriage. I have so much about this lawyer, and wanted to find out if she could get in any kind of trouble for this. I have had just about the same amount of stress with her as of my marriage.(domestic violence) please let me know my rights. Thank you.
