can she leave with my daughter

yes the question is that i am legal married and my daughter mother wants to take my daughter out of the u.s.a for vaction as she says for 3 months .

does she have the right to do this even if i dont approve

what laws protect me . have a feeling she might not come back . note: i am not with my daughters mother at this time.

If you think that the child's mother will not come back to the United States, then you must go to court immediately!! A judge can order the mother not to take the child out of the country.
