how could i leave my family at the age of 17

I am 17 yrs old and living in a bad enviroment for myself is there any wayi could be legally given the write to take care of myself and not be under the wing of family members

Yes there is. You could file to become an 'emancipated minor'. Legal Aid and Legal Services will help you for free.
