If you leave your house because your wife was violently throughing your belongings at you in front of your 7 year old child and screming get out, dose that put you at risk in loseing profit on the sell of your home and rights to my son?

Unless there's something more, you would certainly not lose any rights to any profit on your house, and it would be highly unlikely that you would have any problems related to custody or visitation as a result of the incident you described.
