leaving home while still married
If i choose to leave my home will I have still have legal obligation to the house financial responsibilities. Also what legal issues would i encounter if i left the home while still legally married and how would it affect what i am entitled to? My husband is refusing to participate in a legal separation. what options do I have to dissolve marriage after 5 years?

Leaving the home has no effect on financial responsibilities you may have incurred prior to leaving the home. It also has no effect on equitable distribution.
If you wish to end a marriage and your husband refuses to go through a separation, your option is to file seeking a divorce.
