what if he left me

my husband left me jan 12, 2007 he is military and we have been togerther for 11yrs and married 2ys am i still entiled to his benifits, and can i still get alamony

If you are not divorced, you are still entitled to his military benefits as the spouse of active military personel.

As for spousal maintanence, there are specific requirements to be elegible. Talk to an attorney in your area.
