Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Legal Advice -
I am 25 years old. Father was never around. My mother raised my brother and I by herself. she never took him to child suport.I wanted to know how can I find out if he added us to his will? and if we can sue him for financial support for college? All I know is that he lives in California and the only time he sent us money was for our birthdays.

The age of emancipation is 21. After that your father is not liable for your support or your education.
If there was no prior order for support/education, you can't go back now.
You can't find out if he has a will and who is in it.
