Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Legal to get a divorce without submitting w2, income tax return
I would like to know if it is legal for a Supreme Court Judge in the state of New York to grant a plaintiff a divorce without the plaintiff submitting at least one w-2 form and income tax return? And the net worth statement submitted did not contain these items either?
