Legal Marriage?
My friend discovered after her divorce that her ex husband had not listed all of his previous marriages on his marriage applications as required. Does this mean that they were not legally married to begin with? Could she have just had the marriage annulled instead of paying for a divorce?

They only would have not been legally married, had the ex been still married to one of the previous wives at the time of his marriage to your friend.
