What is the process to obtain a legal seperation?

What exactly does it mean exactly when one is legally seperated?

It would be improper for an attorney to provide you with legal advice without having first analyzed all of the facts and circumstances of your particular matter.

However, I will tty to provide you with some information.

A legal separation can be accomplished in one of two ways. First, a formal written agreement between both spouses can be executed. Second, a spouse or spouses can apply to a court for a separation.

Legal separation involves complying with the terms of a separation agreement or a court ordered separation.
