i am getting ready to leave my wife what is the best way to leave with no conflict. i have 4 kids and am willin to pay child support

You should try to work out some of the issues of custody, visitation and support in advance. However, you may not want to negotiate it on your own.

You should consult with an attorney experienced in matrimonial matters to work out two important items needed to protect yourself: 1) the grounds for divorce/commencement of the divorce action, and 2) the child support payments, and any other financial issues likely to arise.

The best way with no conflict may be either mediation or collaborative divorce. I would be happy to discuss these alternatives with you
