Legal Seperation

We have been seperated for 5 years+ he refuses to pay for our mobil home that i have tried to keep the payments on I live in it is there a way to collect alamony from him? He is living with someone else and has been since I kicked him out.I dont want a divorce because he is going to pay highly for that if he wants it. He is also sick and I do not want to be libel for doctor bills.

You can petition for spousal suppport and child support in the Family Court, without asking for a divorce.
