am i legally divorced after 13 years
my husband abandoned me 15 years ago, he refused repeated attempts on my part for
a legal divorce.
my question now is, am i divorced and if so for how long? also could i remarry?

You are not divorce and cannot remarry. A divorce is granted by a court and the divorce becomes effective only after the judgment of divorce is signed.
