during a divorce that has mutually been agreed upon, how long must one wait to be involved with/live with another?

Get the papers into the court. Then ask your lawyer what he thinks. If you do not have a lawyer then you should be careful. In fact to make sure things go smoothly, wait until your divorce decree is final before you start a heavy romance.
