Getting her out of my life 4ever-"Marital Emancipation".

Hello,

1)Can the custodial mother move out of state with

our son even though there is an order of visitation awarded to me, the biological father

issued from family court?If so,what doIhave todoto

ensure a relationship and further/future visits

with our son to whom we both love dearly?

2)What will happen to anyone who violates an

order of visitation from family court?

You can attempt to stop her relocation. In order to accompish this, you will have to show that the move is not in the best interests of your child.
