Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I live in Oh. I have a daughter who lives in Erie Co. Ny. My daughter was born in Oh and my x wife took my child to NY. Every time I have tried to see her, she has stopped me. We have been to court several times over the years. (My child is now 12 years old). I have never once seen her and they (Her mother and her step father) have told her all kinds of bad things about me. We have limited funds to take her to court. The last time we went to court they ordered her to take my child to counseling (This is after she made a bunch of false statements and put me through all kinds of test). She had her now husband take my child to the counseling and he would not leave the room so she could talk to the counselor. So that was over a year ago and we don't have the money for another high priced lawyer. I have reading about Parental Alienation Syndrome and we are sure this is it, what do we do about it? What are NY laws? Any advise?
