Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Live in girl friend

I have been living with a woman in New York City for the last 10 years. Things have not been going well recently. I own a co-op (my name only) She doesn't give any support for the mortgage or doewn payment on said co-op. If she refuses to leave will I have alegal problem getting her out

Probably but you can get it resolved by a court; pay an attorney to explain your options because this is a legal matter that you shouldn't be handling yourself.

Depends on your definition. If she refuses to move, you will have to bring an action in landlord tenant court.

Police can't arrest on a tresspass because she is there legally even if she is not paying rent.

Good Luck
