Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been living with this guy for the pass 5 years, we are not married but he still pays for all my bills, and we have a 1year old son together. If i were to leave him, do i qualify for spousal support and child support?

You are only entitled to seek spousal support from your husband/wife. You were never married, and New York is not a common law marriage state, as such, you are not entitled to any sort of support. However, you son is entitled to child support.
