Pennsylvannia has 2 no fault grounds for divorce. The first is consent of the parties. This divorce takes typically 4 to 6 months. The second is a 2 year separation and usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 months. Typically most states require residency of 6 months prior to filing a divorce action. I offer free consultations.
