Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i am living in the state of new york. i have a court ordered visitation for my son. he's now 12 years old. his mother moved to pennsylvania state in 2008. i have been unable to afford to travel there frequently. his mother resufed to take him to the bus station anymore because of her anger towards me. what can i do? is she in violation of that court order?
