Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been living away from my wife . she took me to family court got a judment for me to pay spousal maintance of $290.00 a week 4years ago. This year I had a STROKE in april . Since then Im not able to work and have no money . I went to Family Court to file for a reduction , Im into this for 4 months with 3 different Judges 1 of them was the Judge who made the order.First Judge ordered me to give her my medical papers which I did . 2nd Judge allowed her lawyer to say he wanted to get my Dauthers income & My girlfriends income and mine . we were there to reduce my payments . It has been almost 6 months , I was a Truck Driver & took home $ 400.00 a week now I get fron NYS ssi only $150.00 a week . What do I need to do to get the reduction , I need money for my Dr's & RX's ,and thpy .

You need to prove that there has been a significant change in circumstances warranting the downward modification of the child support. The court wants to know if you are being supported by your girlfriend or daughter. You need to prove that you cannot work and that your girlfriend is not supporting you during this time.
