If this is New York City, it typically takes 4-6 months for it to be signed but I can take longer.

In Minnesota, Judges are permitted 90 days in which to issue an order from the date it is submitted to them for approval or consideration.

This must be driving both of you crazy! 60 days is the usual time. The chief judge has set this as the time for such orders, an uncontested matrimonial order, to be signed. Often it takes a little longer, but calling the judge's clerk at this time to ask about the status of the case is a good thing.
