If you listen to some people, including

divorce attorneys, forever is too soon.

However, from an entirely technical point,

you could take the time stamped certified

Decree or Judgment of Divorce from the County

Clerk's Office to the Marriage License Bureau

and have your license issued within minutes

of the Divorce becoming final.

Legally, you can marry as soon as the judge signs your divorce papers.
