is there a standard formula used to calculate maintenance in New York. married for 25 years spouse has health problems

No but many courts look to the length of the marriage and the needs of the disabled spouse, and the ability to pay of the providing spouse. In your case that could easily equal 33-50 percent of your disposable income.
